  • Low-weight raw materials
  • Semi-finished and finished products
  • Store backrooms
  • Small industrial components

Advantages

  • Easily configurable number of levels
  • Adapts to different product sizes
  • Manual loading and unloading
  • Simple assembly
  • Optimised cost
  • Efficient use of available height

  • Consumables
  • Electronic components
  • Light tooling
  • Retail stockrooms
  • Display areas
  • Order-picking zones

Advantages

  • Light, modular structure
  • Made-to-measure configuration
  • Direct access to products
  • Storage and display
  • Compatible with different shelf types
  • Optional dividers and back protection

Market Ranza multi-purpose shelving

Market Ranza multi-purpose shelving

Derived from G30, the Market Ranza system integrates solid or perforated back panels. With its back and side panels it serves as storage, display, tool support or interior partition. Perforated panels take hooks for hanging tools; solid panels and side closures create an independent stockroom.

Applications

  • Industrial workshops
  • Spare-parts stores
  • Maintenance areas
  • Tool storage
  • Display areas
  • Closed stockrooms
  • Dividing a room into zones

Available configurations

  • Solid or perforated back panel
  • Side closing panels
  • Metal hooks
  • Shelf dividers
  • Front retaining beam
  • Access door

  • Automotive components
  • Tyres
  • Semi-finished products
  • Maintenance stores
  • Small pallets or intermediate loads

Additional equipment

  • Steel shelves
  • Wooden panels
  • Pallet supports
  • Reinforcement profiles
  • Vertical and tubular dividers
  • Anti-fall mesh panels

G100, G120 and G140 heavy-duty racking

G100, G120 and G140 heavy-duty racking

Designed for industrial applications requiring robust structures, from a small depot to a large logistics centre. Several beam types depending on loads and spans: tubular, C-profile or reinforced. The choice between G100, G120 and G140 is made after sizing (load per level, height, beam length, handling stresses).

Applications

  • Industrial warehouses
  • Logistics platforms
  • Pallet storage
  • Heavy or bulky products
  • Distribution centres
  • Raw materials and finished products

Protection and accessories

  • U-shaped upright protectors
  • L-shaped corner protectors
  • Aisle-end protectors
  • Anti-fall mesh panels
  • Pallet supports
  • Reinforcement profiles
  • Tubular dividers

Cantilever racking for long products

Cantilever racking for long products

Designed for horizontal storage of long products that cannot be placed on conventional racking. Vertical columns with adjustable arms, single or double sided. The installation is fully engineered for the project: product length, weight, rigidity and handling method determine column spacing and arm configuration.

Products

  • Tubes and metal profiles
  • Beams and steel bars
  • Panels and plates
  • Timber products
  • Industrial joinery

Advantages

  • No obstructing front uprights
  • Direct access to products
  • Height-adjustable arms
  • Installation can be extended
  • Single or double-sided configuration

Drawer racking for industrial moulds

Drawer racking for industrial moulds

Specially designed for companies using heavy, bulky moulds: plastic injection, stamping, pressing. Moulds sit on pull-out drawers, giving easy access without complex manual handling. Drawer capacity, dimensions and handling device are defined by the weight and centre of gravity of the moulds.

Applications

  • Plastic injection moulds
  • Stamping dies
  • Press tooling
  • Foundry moulds
  • Cutting tools
  • Heavy mechanical parts

Advantages

  • Individual access to each mould
  • Less search and handling time
  • Optimised storage area
  • Better tooling organisation
  • Controlled drawer opening
  • Improved operational safety

Multi-level mezzanine racking

Multi-level mezzanine racking

Uses the racking structures to support one or more walkway levels. It exploits building height and increases usable area without extending the building. Levels can host manual storage, order-picking zones or circulation. The project includes live loads, stairs, guardrails, handling access and fire safety.

Applications

  • Warehouses with high clear height
  • Spare-parts stores
  • Order-picking centres
  • Light or intermediate product storage
  • Logistics platforms
  • Industrial workshops

Advantages

  • Vertical use of the building
  • Additional floor area
  • Products organised by family
  • Direct access to SKUs
  • Improved picking
  • Manual pallet trucks possible on platforms (subject to sizing)

Rack-clad outdoor storage

Rack-clad outdoor storage

Creates covered storage on an outdoor area or increases the capacity of a site whose building is too small. After the main structure is installed, facades and roof are closed with cladding. Access via sectional door, swing door or open bay. The study covers wind, rain, stability, foundations and local building rules.

Applications

  • Warehouse extension
  • Storage on an outdoor area
  • Independent depot
  • Increased factory capacity
  • Weather protection for products

Advantages

  • New storage volume
  • Fully site-specific design
  • Use of available outdoor areas
  • Racking and building envelope integrated
  • Several closure options

Mobile compact archive shelving

Mobile compact archive shelving

For high-density storage of files and documents. Units run on rails and are moved with a handwheel so that only one consultation aisle is open at a time. Fewer permanent aisles, more archive capacity in a limited space.

Applications

  • Public administrations and companies
  • Technical archives
  • Professional offices
  • Healthcare facilities
  • Libraries and documentation centres

Configurations

  • Fixed or mobile units
  • Single or double sided
  • With or without closing panels
  • Single, double or triple configurations
  • Indicative capacity of 60 to 360 binders depending on model

How to choose industrial racking

The choice of a racking system must not be based on available dimensions alone. A technical study must at least consider:

  • Maximum weight per product
  • Load per level and per bay
  • Pallet or item dimensions
  • Usable building height
  • Number of SKUs
  • Stock rotation frequency
  • Manual or mechanical loading
  • Forklift type
  • Aisle width
  • Fall or collision risks
  • Environmental conditions
  • Future storage growth

INDURA supports manufacturers from needs analysis to installation: site survey, layout study, system choice, sizing, supply, assembly and final inspection.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between light and heavy-duty racking?

Light-duty racking is for manually handled products. Heavy-duty racking uses stronger uprights and beams to take heavy or palletised loads. Actual capacity always depends on the sizing of the installation.

Which racking for tubes and profiles?

Cantilever racking is usually the best fit. Its cantilevered arms store long products without obstructing front uprights.

How can I increase warehouse capacity without extending the building?

A storage mezzanine exploits available height and creates one or more extra levels. The layout must be validated by a structural and functional study.

Which system for heavy industrial moulds?

Pull-out drawer racking gives easy access to injection moulds, dies and heavy tooling. Drawers must be sized to actual loads.

Can racking be protected against forklift impacts?

Yes. Upright protectors, corner protectors and aisle-end protectors can be installed in traffic areas.

Are dimensions and capacities standardised?

Some ranges use standard components, but dimensions, number of levels and capacities must be adapted to the project. A load plate must state the limits of use of the installation.
