Made from cold-formed steel sheet, an economical and modular solution for manual storage of light products. The shelves contribute directly to the rigidity of the system, allowing more levels without intermediate beams. Level height adjusts to the items stored.
Built from tubular profiles, G30 is designed for manual storage of products that do not require high load capacity. Depth, width and height adapt to the products and the room. Mesh back panels prevent products from falling and, combined with a door, create a secure storage area.
Derived from G30, the Market Ranza system integrates solid or perforated back panels. With its back and side panels it serves as storage, display, tool support or interior partition. Perforated panels take hooks for hanging tools; solid panels and side closures create an independent stockroom.

Creates covered storage on an outdoor area or increases the capacity of a site whose building is too small. After the main structure is installed, facades and roof are closed with cladding. Access via sectional door, swing door or open bay. The study covers wind, rain, stability, foundations and local building rules.

What is the difference between light and heavy-duty racking?
Light-duty racking is for manually handled products. Heavy-duty racking uses stronger uprights and beams to take heavy or palletised loads. Actual capacity always depends on the sizing of the installation.
Which racking for tubes and profiles?
Cantilever racking is usually the best fit. Its cantilevered arms store long products without obstructing front uprights.
How can I increase warehouse capacity without extending the building?
A storage mezzanine exploits available height and creates one or more extra levels. The layout must be validated by a structural and functional study.
Which system for heavy industrial moulds?
Pull-out drawer racking gives easy access to injection moulds, dies and heavy tooling. Drawers must be sized to actual loads.
Can racking be protected against forklift impacts?
Yes. Upright protectors, corner protectors and aisle-end protectors can be installed in traffic areas.
Are dimensions and capacities standardised?
Some ranges use standard components, but dimensions, number of levels and capacities must be adapted to the project. A load plate must state the limits of use of the installation.
