INDURA brings ResinDek® engineered flooring panels to Morocco, designed for industrial mezzanines, work platforms, order-picking zones, logistics centres and robotic facilities. Manufactured by Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, they are high-density composite wood elements built to carry the static and rolling loads of warehouses: operators, hand trucks, pallet trucks, AGVs and AMR robots. The range includes several densities, thicknesses and finishes.
For platforms, mezzanines and storage areas with light to moderate traffic: warehouses, distribution centres, self-storage. A 19 mm composite panel, a higher-performing alternative to particleboard, OSB and standard plywood, on B-Deck steel decking.
Thickness: 19 mm
Indicative weight: 13.7 kg/m² (20.5 with MetaGard)
Designed for work platforms, sorting areas, logistics centres and order picking. Intermediate density supporting heavier pallet-truck and mobile-robot traffic. Tongue-and-groove joints transfer loads between panels.
Thickness: 19 mm
Indicative weight: 16.6 kg/m² (23.9 with MetaGard)
The high-density version of the range, for demanding environments, heavy handling equipment and robotic installations. Even surface suited to precise AGV and AMR travel; the tongue-and-groove system reduces level differences at joints.
Thickness: 19 mm
Pallet-truck rolling load: up to 2,040 kg
Robot rolling load: up to 1,815 kg
Support: 18 gauge B-Deck
Moisture resistance: MR50
Logistics platforms, robotic zones, some cold storage
Developed for projects temporarily exposed to weather during construction or subject to high indoor humidity. MR90 classification: better retention of mechanical properties after exposure. Weather exposure possible up to 120 days according to the manufacturer.
Thickness: 19 mm
Indicative weight: 15.09 kg/m²
Pallet-truck rolling load: up to 910 kg
Robot rolling load: up to 230 kg
Support: 20 gauge B-Deck
Moisture resistance: MR90
New builds, modular offices, humid warehouses, AMR zones
The most robust solution in the range for heavily loaded electric pallet trucks and mobile robots. 38 mm thick with tongue-and-groove edges for better load transfer. Distribution centres and high-traffic sites.
28 mm structural panels laid directly on steel beams or purlins, eliminating the corrugated steel deck. Xspan FR keeps the structural principle with improved fire reaction performance. Fire performance of the complete floor depends on the assembly and project regulations.
Thickness: 28 mm
Pallet-truck rolling load: up to 1,360 kg
Robot rolling load: up to 1,135 kg
Laid directly on beams or purlins
Xspan: ASTM E84 class C · EN 13501-1 Dfl-s1 / D-s1,d0
Xspan FR: ASTM E84 class A · EN 13501-1 Bfl-s1 / B-s1,d0
A thin panel to upgrade an existing surface without major demolition: plywood, OSB, particleboard, bare ResinDek. Improves wear resistance, grip or adds electrostatic dissipation depending on finish.
* Maximum capacities stated by the manufacturer for specific configurations. Allowable loads depend on substrate, steel deck, beam spacing, finish, wheel type and contact pressure.

Depends on concrete flatness
Compared with a concrete slab, a ResinDek floor reduces the platform's dead weight and steel structure requirements. Dry installation is faster and needs no curing time.
Why choose a ResinDek® industrial floor?
A light engineered solution for new or renovated mezzanine floors. Reduced weight limits permanent loads on the structure and foundations; dry installation avoids pouring, drying and the constraints of concrete slabs.
Fast installation with no drying time
Reduced permanent loads on the structure
Flat, even surface
Compatible with steel mezzanines
Suited to pallet trucks, AGVs and AMRs
Good load distribution at joints
Several load capacities and thicknesses
Wear-resistant and anti-static finishes
Moisture-resistant versions
Local maintenance and replacement
Made from recycled wood fibre
Ten-year manufacturer warranty against delamination
Applications
ResinDek solutions fit a wide range of environments:
Industrial mezzanines
Storage and order-picking platforms
Warehouses and distribution centres
Production sites
Sorting and packing areas
E-commerce and micro-fulfilment
Cold storage warehouses
Self-storage centres
Pallet-truck traffic zones
Floors for AGV and AMR robots
Renovation of existing floors
ResinDek® coatings and finishes
The finish must match the traffic level, operating conditions and equipment running on the floor.
Gray Diamond Seal®
Standard industrial applications: a durable, wear-resistant surface for mezzanines, platforms and traffic areas.
Gray Diamond Seal® ESD
Electrostatic-dissipative version for facilities with sensitive electronic components.
TriGard® ESD / Ultra ESD
Specialised coatings for robotic zones and enhanced electrostatic discharge control.
MetaGard® GVT
Galvanised steel finish for high-traffic environments with heavy wear.
MetaGard® SST
Stainless steel finish for enhanced surface protection or specific hygiene conditions.
Study and integration by INDURA
INDURA supports engineered flooring and mezzanine projects in Morocco from needs definition to installation. Our study considers:
Uniformly distributed load
Point and rolling loads
Total weight of pallet trucks and goods
Wheel characteristics
AGV and AMR contact pressure
Supporting beam spacing
Steel deck type and thickness
Traffic frequency
Flatness requirements
Moisture exposure
Fire reaction and resistance requirements
Surface finish and maintenance
General tables serve for preliminary selection. Final selection must be confirmed by a technical study of the supporting structure and actual operating conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Can ResinDek replace a concrete slab on a mezzanine?
Yes, depending on loads and structural configuration. ResinDek panels are designed for industrial mezzanines and reduce the floor's dead weight. Xspan versions install without a steel deck.
Do ResinDek panels support electric pallet trucks?
MD, HD and MAX take significant rolling loads. ResinDek MAX is specifically intended for intensive handling with electric pallet trucks.
Is ResinDek compatible with AGV and AMR robots?
Several panels are designed for AGVs and AMRs, notably MD, HD, MAX, Xspan and ReShield. Selection depends on total robot weight, wheels, contact pressure and substrate.
Which panel for a humid environment?
ResinDek WR carries the MR90 classification. It is not intended for permanent immersion or intensive washing not specified by the manufacturer.
Can an old floor be renovated with ResinDek?
ResinDek ReShield lays over various existing flat substrates to improve wear resistance, grip or electrostatic properties.
What is the warranty on ResinDek panels?
The manufacturer states a ten-year warranty against delamination, subject to compliance with design, storage, installation, use and maintenance requirements.
