Batch traceability and quality management

Diventra

Diventra provides detailed traceability by batch, expiry date and serial number, essential for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and industrial products. Products can be quarantined until checks are done; the batch then receives an accepted, conditionally accepted or rejected status, and movements are blocked until quality approval is granted.

Quality functions

  • Quarantine and batch statuses (accepted, conditional, rejected)
  • FEFO: products with the nearest expiry date leave first
  • Batch recall: affected stock, movements, shipments and customers
  • Audit trail usable in inspections and internal controls
  • Shipments blocked without quality approval

Production operations

  • Work orders and raw material receipt
  • Sampling and quality control
  • Actual component consumption
  • Requirements calculated from bills of materials
  • Guided picking by product, batch, quantity and FEFO rule
  • Finished goods receipt

INDURA offers digital solutions to improve the management, traceability and safety of warehouse operations. The offer combines the Diventra WMS, which controls stock and physical flows, with the Plasmon platform, which monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas. They can be deployed separately or as part of a global project covering the warehouse study, flooring, racking, handling and lifting equipment, software, sensors, training and commissioning.
