Plasmon environmental monitoring

Plasmon

Plasmon is an IoT platform that monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas across production, storage, transport and distribution. Plasmon Ambient devices install in warehouses, cold rooms, production areas, refrigerated vehicles, laboratories and technical rooms. Data is sent to the cloud every five seconds; measurement period, check frequency and notification frequency are configured by zone criticality.

Monitored parameters

  • Temperature from -40 °C to +85 °C
  • Humidity from 0 to 100% RH
  • CO₂ from 400 to 5,000 ppm
  • PM2.5 and PM10 particles from 0.3 to 10 µm
  • Water leak detection by liquid contact
  • Thermocouple from -200 °C to +1,300 °C

Alerts and continuity

  • Alerts by e-mail, SMS, mobile notification or Telegram
  • Specific alert on power or Internet outage
  • Smart storage: up to four hours of data kept offline
  • Automatic retransmission when the connection returns
  • Trigger unit with eight 5 V outputs to drive HVAC, fans or alarms

INDURA offers digital solutions to improve the management, traceability and safety of warehouse operations. The offer combines the Diventra WMS, which controls stock and physical flows, with the Plasmon platform, which monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas. They can be deployed separately or as part of a global project covering the warehouse study, flooring, racking, handling and lifting equipment, software, sensors, training and commissioning.
