Plasmon Plus: quality and risk analysis

Plasmon

Plasmon Plus turns environmental data into operational indicators. It analyses the duration and frequency of deviations, product packaging and the operating context to assess the real impact on quality. It uses Plasmon devices, transport data loggers, existing sensor infrastructure and imported files.

Available indicators

  • Updated quality score for each product or batch
  • Dynamic estimate of remaining shelf life
  • Low, medium or high risk level
  • Actions prioritised by the real impact of deviations

INDURA offers digital solutions to improve the management, traceability and safety of warehouse operations. The offer combines the Diventra WMS, which controls stock and physical flows, with the Plasmon platform, which monitors the environmental conditions of products and sensitive areas. They can be deployed separately or as part of a global project covering the warehouse study, flooring, racking, handling and lifting equipment, software, sensors, training and commissioning.
